I have worked with authors for over 13 years in writing groups, college courses, workshops, literary magazines, and college writing centers. 

My Goal

My goal is to assist writers in focusing their manuscripts on their specific audiences. I am a sounding board with tools, strategies, and a ruthless blue pencil. My goal is to guide authors in creating the best possible version of their story. ​

A little bit about me...

I have been writing and rewriting stories since I was nine years old. The English language has always been a passion for me. After a career in the medical field, I went back to school to follow that passion and received a BA from the University of Arizona, magnum cum laude. I went on to earn an MA in the Humanities with a concentration in Creative Writing from Prescott College. I have extensive experience editing fiction, non-fiction, and academic writing.
